TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I the undersigned acknowledge that I have left the motor vehicle described above with Autofair Car Market between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays.
I understand that Autofair Car Market is providing me with the service of displaying this vehicle for sale at their premises for a period of up to eight consecutive weeks.
I understand and acknowledge that I must be present, for any sale of the motor vehicle to proceed.
I understand and acknowledge that Autofair management reserves the right to refuse entry when space is unavailable.
I understand and acknowledge that Autofair will make keys available to prospective buyers and allow the engine to be started. Prior to Autofair making keys available to buyers, Autofair requires the photographic identification of the prospective buyer, to be held as security untill the key is returned. I understand that a test drive cannot take place without my presence.
I understand and acknowledge that Autofair is a public market and that no responsibility can be taken for any loss or damage occurring to my vehicles on display at Autofair Car Market. I understand and accept that the burden of insurance for any loss or damage is mine and I state that the vehicle is insured to my satisfaction, by myself for these events.
Vehicle owners are advised to remove any valuables and lock their vehicles before leaving.
I understand that Autofair may move this vehicle within the premises of Autofair in the interests of security or access.
I understand that Autofair closes at 5:00 pm both Saturdays and Sundays.
If this vehicle has not been collected at 5:00 pm Sunday, it will be left locked and the keys will be held off the premises.
If I require the keys after hours, I will ring Autofair on (m) 0428 317 877 or (02) 6282 9109, and a fee will be charged for a person to return to the premises with the keys.
I understand that the site returns to public parking at 5:00 pm Sunday, and vehicles will be subject to parking infringements if not removed before Monday.
I understand that the approved method of identification for the return of my keys is the production of my receipt issued by Autofair, or the production of a current drivers licence by myself or an agent listed above (if any). I understand that if this is produced the person will be handed the keys and allowed to remove the vehicle.
I undertake that if I am unable to collect this vehicle myself, I will give my receipt to the person/s authorised to collect this vehicle, or inform Autofair of the name of person/s authorised to collect this vehicle on my behalf.
I understand and acknowledge that Autofair management reserves the right to retain keys where an owner or owners agent cannot produce satisfactory identification.
I also undertake and acknowledge that before removing this vehicle from the premises, I will advise Autofair staff.
I acknowledge and agree that I have read and understood the abovementioned conditions; that details provided by me above are true and correct; and that I am not involved in motor vehicle trading.
